Positive: The room and facilities were very clean. The bed was comfortable, nice people on the reception. With the Geneva transport card it was really convenient location, everything is close to the hotel.

Negative: A little noisy from the street.

Positive: The receptionist who was at the desk for the two days was incredibly helpful. She accepted an important package on my behalf and the communication shown in the lead up and during the stay was excellent. The room itself was clean and comfortable and even though it was a shared bathroom situation at the hotel, the bathroom was kept very clean as well.

Negative: The lift was very small as was the shared toilet but I would be nitpicking here.
